The titanium 30mm sliding tube clamp adapter permits additional sliding adjustment between the prosthetic socket and tube adapter, even as the prosthesis is being worn. The sliding adjustment allows for fine tuning in any desired parallel position of the distal portion, independent of the angle of adjustment through the pyramid.
