The 3-prong adapter is used for lamination onto transfermoral socket. The adapter provides 360º degree of rotation for pyramid adapter or pyramid receiver. This product can be used with the 1215T, 1225T/S or 1216T/S. The 1221S is manufactured by a forged and machined combination resulting in a strong and light weight product.
