The Luci Connector System is a product to quickly attach-and-release bone
anchored prosthetics.
Warranty Period
The warranty on the OTNI 17 Luci Connector as part of the BADAL X system is 24 months (Excludes Consumables).
This warranty
covers failures of the product's function that result from errors in material, production, and
construction, provided the OTNI 17 Luci Connector is used as intended and under regular conditions.
To maintain the warranty, all check-ups must be performed, and the OTNI 1707 Grit Plate must be
replaced annually.
Normal wear, tear, and play are excluded from the warranty.
OTN recommends replacement of the whole Luci connector, as just replacing a OTNI17=FEM with an existing OTNI1709 will lead to accelerated wear and tear of the Connector, and as such does not provide a warranty for singular componentry replacements.

NOTE: ABC Scope of Practice requires training from factory representative in order to provide any Osseointegration components, and is restricted to the corresponding non-invasive componentry. ST&G requires any Certified Prosthetist be trained and on our "Osseointegration Certified" list to process an order. Instruction can be offered prior to processing an order so the order can be completed and shipped.

Maximum Weight Limit: 275 pounds (Account for a buffer for load spiking and activity level, as K4 activities will drop maximum weight limit)
Open OTN box returns with a broken seal will incur a $45 restocking fee because the manufacturer must evaluate and recertify the item.
This fee does not apply to items eligible for warranty coverage.
