Key System four-hole base) only, without the 305137 Hex Taper Sleeve,, 305124 Bushing, or the 305064
Abutment Screw.
Product description
The Hermle Clamp Connector-TT is a product to quickly
attach-and-release bone anchored prosthetic systems utilizing a Quick Release Clamp Lever Mechanism.
Warranty Period
The warranty on the Hermle Connector as part of the Hermle
Connector system is 24 months (Excludes Consumables).
This warranty covers failures of the product's function that
result from errors in material, production, and construction, provided the Hermle
Connector is used as intended and under regular conditions.
To maintain the warranty, all check-ups must be performed,
and the Clamp gap must be checked annually. Documentation of bi-annual check-ups
may be required in certain instances.
Normal wear, tear, and play are excluded from the
warranty.
Hermle recommends replacement of the whole Connector System,
as just replacing a Connector with an existing Taper Sleeve will lead to
accelerated wear and tear of the Connector, and as such does not provide a
warranty for singular componentry replacements.
Maximum Weight Limit: 275 pounds (Account for a buffer for
load spiking and activity level, as K4 activities will drop maximum weight
limit)

NOTE: ABC Scope of Practice requires training from factory
representative in order to provide any Osseointegration components, and is
restricted to the corresponding non-invasive componentry. ST&G requires any
Certified Prosthetist be trained and on our "Osseointegration
Certified" list to process an order. Instruction can be offered prior to
processing an order so the order can be completed and shipped.

Serial Number located on the bottom of the Connector
Returns of Hermle Connector, or associated components,
should be unused, and will be assessed for return. Items should be in resalable
condition to be accepted for credit.
